The Pintabians are Arabian horses with a pied robe and are recognized as an equine breed in their own right.
The Pintabians come from North America and come from the crossing of Arabian horses and piebald horses, the Pintos. Only 99% Arabian horses that have a “pie tobiano” coat are registered. Due to these strict rules, only a few hundred horses appear in the official breeding register.
