WHEN TO SOW ORGANIC AUBERGINE SEEDS IN THE VEGETABLE GARDEN?

It is best to sow the seeds in small, warm pots. Like tomatoes. By watering well regularly. Eggplant seeds are sown from March to July.

WHEN TO HARVEST EGGPLANTS?

Eggplants are ripe when they are really purple. Be careful not to leave them too long on the plant, as they will end up rotting… Children can harvest the eggplants from July to November.
