We recommend that you cut just above the root to keep the roots in the ground. Then cut the stems into small pieces and mix it with the soil surface of the vegetable garden to break down.

WHEN TO SOW MUSTARD?

Mustard, a honey flower that attracts bees, can be sown from March to October. It will flower from May to December.
