Mesclun is sown in the spring to be harvested during the summer, and as it is a mixture of different seeds, no need to choose which salad leaves you prefer to sow in the vegetable garden;)

WHEN TO SOW MESCLUN IN THE VEGETABLE GARDEN?

Mesclun needs to be warm to come out of the ground. You can sow it with the children from May until mid-July.

HOW TO HARVEST MESCLUN?

The first mesclun leaves will be ready from mid-May. Children can cut it to harvest it in their soup until the end of October!
