Following the death of a supreme spiritual leader, a great void has been created in the Aztec world. Sculpting elaborate representations of feathered serpents, known as Cóatls, players compete in an artistic contest demonstrating their skills in winning the favor of the gods.
Players must take turns collecting colored head, tail, and body parts or assembling them into Coatls. They work to complete the beautifully illustrated Prophecy and Temple cards to gain prestige, in order to become the new High Priest at the head of the Aztec spirit world.
Coatl is a pattern building game, where you have to build Aztec snakes. The choice of actions is simple, but we must find the best way to optimize our turns of play. This game is ideal for casual and more experienced players.
