1 - Pick and mix your package.
2 - At the start, the players reveal their cards one by one.
3 - As soon as he finds a Tech, a player can attempt to activate it.
4 - He must then start a new stack for each required item, in order.
5 - If he transmits all the elements while being faster than his opponent, he triggers its effect.
