New interactions
In addition to two new wonders and the possibility of team play, this expansion offers a new type of cards: Cities cards. Mercenaries, thieves, spies and diplomats will give new interactions to your games.
City Cards
Black cards constituting a new category of buildings. They are added to Age cards in the base game.
Byzantium and Petra offer new unique effects unique to Cities.
Debt and Diplomacy
Debt allows you not to pay your neighbors, but you will lose victory points at the end of the game, and diplomacy allows you to resist certain conflicts.
