UNSTABLE UNICORNS GAME RULES
THE GOAL OF THE GAME
The goal is to line up 7 unicorns in your stable (in front of you). In fact, it's not that simple because you can have your unicorns stolen quite quickly.
THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF CARDS
To begin, you need to know the different types of cards:
Baby Unicorns: These count as one unicorn in your stable. You choose one at the start of the game and put it in your stable.
Unicorns: there are 2 types of adult unicorns: basic unicorns that have no special powers and magical unicorns that have powers. Some powers give you advantages or can harm your opponents. These magical unicorns are often the first to be attacked or robbed.
Deterioration: We give a deterioration to an opponent to penalize his team. This can prevent him from placing certain types of unicorn, block powers... Improvements: These are placed in front of you (unless you are a little masochistic on the edges), they give you advantages such as drawing cards in an opponent's deck, immunize unicorns...
Magic cards: These cards have a direct and unique effect, you play them and discard them immediately, you don't keep them in your stable.
Instant cards: These cards also called "neigh" can be played to counter any card played by a player, unless he is immune. There is no limit to the "neigh" that can be played, so any player can counter a "neigh" with another "neigh" preventing the action, unless another player puts in a " neighbor” and so on, to form alliances or prevent a player from winning. Only "super-neigh" cannot be countered.
ONE PLAYER TURN
Each player starts with 5 cards in hand and a baby unicorn in their stable. "Destroyed" baby unicorns do not go to the discard pile but to a separate pile called the nursery. He can then come back into play.
The player draws a card. He can then either play a card from his hand and apply the card's effects or draw a 2nd card.
It's then the next player to play.
