Difficulty: Easy
Welcome to the growing fleet of vehicles from the amazing collection of Ugears Mechanical Wooden Models. We would love you to meet our new little star: the fast and fun Mini Buggy. This miniature dune buggy is thus ready to take you for a ride.
If you're new to the world of Ugears smart mechanics, the Mini Buggy is one of the models you'll want to start with. You won't be overwhelmed with the sheer amount of parts like some of our more advanced level models might, yet the Buggy's assembly is an interesting and very engaging process.
How the Mini Buggy works
The Mini Buggy is driven by a rubber band motor. Due to an open style body design, so you can see the movement of the gears and wheels during operation. Just reassemble the engine, flip the switch on the rear of the model and your buggy will launch forward. You can adjust the direction of movement of your small vehicle by turning its front wheels. Spin it around in circles if you want! While the front wheels make your Buggy manoeuvrable, the rear driving wheels also provide stability. The rear wheels are larger and have bungee tires that provide better surface traction and a smoother ride.
What is better than a Mini Buggy? We will say that only two Mini Buggy can beat the fun that you can only have with one model. Why is that ? The explanation is very simple - two Mini Buggy is a future race to set up!
To assemble yourself, without the use of glue.
Technical info
High quality wood from sustainable sources makes up the Mini Buggy kit. It also contains everything you might need for assembly. In addition, we use a laser method to cut parts from a plywood board to provide precise cuts. Remove the pieces from the boards then assemble them to create the complete model.
