This model is slightly different from other Ugears mechanical models in that the yacht is not equipped with gears and is not driven by a spring or rubber band motor. Rather, it is intended to be a decorative object for your home or office.
This wooden 3D puzzle yacht model features a large cockpit with twin spinning wheels (it's Ugears, so there have to be moving parts!) and an open transom for draining water. sea water when you get hit by the stern wave or a tail sea, or when you catch a big wave on the nose that breaks over the deck. The open transom also allows for swimming astern or getting in and out of the model inflatable dinghy, towed behind the yacht by a rope (included). The canoe is equipped with miniature oars and locks and can accommodate a figure of your choice (not included). There is also a surfboard that can be towed for fun or in case you find a great spot near the shore.
The decorative Ocean Beauty Yacht comes with a sturdy display base into which the boat slides in and out. To mount the yacht for safe display, simply slide the boat forward so that the keel snaps into the slot in the bracket. Slide back to easily remove the model when you want to admire it up close!
